A individual previously arrested in relation to the Manchester synagogue violent incident has been taken into custody again at the local airport.

A pair of victims were killed when the attacker, thirty-five, executed a car and knife assault at the Heaton Park synagogue on October 2.

North West Counter Terrorism Police reported the thirty-year-old man was first detained on suspicion of planning, preparing, and instigating of acts of terrorism.

Authorities clarified he was detained again at Manchester Airport on suspected withholding information contrary to Section 38B of the 2000 Terrorism Act. He has since been released on bail with certain restrictions.

Law enforcement stated they "do not believe there is any ongoing threat to the general public following the event last week."

Six people were detained in the wake of the incident, with two—a man and a woman—arrested in the hours afterwards and then freed on Sunday evening.

The next day, detectives announced they had been granted extra time to interrogate the remaining four, who were also detained on "suspected planning, preparation, and instigation of terrorist acts."

On midweek, authorities stated they too were scheduled for release but emphasized that "did not mean the probe was finished."

Also on that day, the force revealed that the attacker placed an emergency call in which he pledged allegiance to the group calling itself Islamic State.

Melvin Cravitz, 66, and fifty-three-year-old Adrian Daulby died in the violent event on Middleton Road in Crumpsall.

Mr Daulby suffered a gunshot wound after armed officers responded to the incident and shot the suspect dead.

A officer's bullet also struck another man, Yoni Finlay, who is recovering in hospital after an operation.
